Over the years I've tried lot's of different diet's some are good, some are bad, some I tried for the wrong reasons and some just magically fell in my path and worked for me at that moment and maybe not the next. So here is the list of all the different diets and my experience with them.
No sugar, no colas Well my first ever goal was to cut on added sugar, including all sodas with sugar, and also all yogurt drinks, basically all drinks with any energy. This change in my live was the best kick starter for my new life journey and in my first year I easily lost my first 20kg. This also made it easier for me to select better and healthier food choses and along with my cycling I got good results.
Sleep well, it's not a diet but good night sleep has more to say than you might think. After reading Matthew Walkers book, why we sleep and listen to many of his lectures and appearances in podcasts like Joe Rogan I learned that If sleep is bad then you tend to select worse food options resulting in extra 200 calories per day and not just 200 calories, the worst, or just high carbs options. So for you Sleep should be the first option, go to bed at the same time and always wake up at the same time and maybe you will see weight loss with no extra effort. Plant based In 2019 I started plant based diet and in the winter i was 100% plant based. This was good for me and I felt good and strong. My weight was good.
Stability If I learned one thing in my 10 year Journey It's stability. And not only stability in diet, it's also stability in sleep, work, relationships, training and basically just stability in all aspects of life.
